What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardscape/Landscape Crew Member position at FH Decks and Landscaping?
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Hardscape & Landscaping Crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of a team that builds beautiful outdoor spaces, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and paver projects
- Install trees, shrubs, mulch, stone, and landscape beds
- Assist with grading, drainage, and excavation projects
- Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hardscape experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work well with a team while maintaining attention to detail
