Administrative support for Partners in Government Affairs, including:

Working where business, government, and public opinion intersect, we advise CEOs, boards, and leadership teams at the most consequential moments. Our expertise spans strategic and financial communications, policy and public affairs, corporate reputation, crisis management, and data-driven digital engagement. District of Columbia Salary Range
$65,000—$65,000 USD
Administrative support for Partners in Government Affairs, including:
- Manage schedules
- Prepare expense reports
- Submit billable hours
- Handle travel
- Coordinate internal and external meeting scheduling
- Prep for meetings/pitches
- Serve as point person for the Partners and filter internal and external requests appropriately
- Develop clips for various clients based on specific interests
- Assist in drafting front and back end of FGS proposals and decks
- Research for background documents, etc.
- Draft memos and letters for clients
- Take notes at client meetings/calls
- Cover hearings and complete write ups
