Responsibilities:
- Respond to dispatched home warranty service calls
- Diagnose, repair, or recommend replacement for covered systems/appliances
- Communicate clearly with customers about the issue and next steps
- Submit service reports and documentation through our system
- Maintain professional and timely service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet service call deadlines
This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering technicians the opportunity to make their own schedule and manage their own workflow
