Full-time Delivery Driver for FGH Delivery

We are looking for Full-time Delivery Drivers. This position has a rewarding job structure, competitive wages, as well as a great company culture. We need drivers who are independent and self-motivated.

We are looking for someone who would like a flexible schedule. We operate 6 days a week, from 8am-until the route is completed. Position has potential for overtime.

Our days of operation are Monday-Saturday. Saturday is required for this full-time delivery driver position.

This job operates out of the FedEx Depot at 1590 Innovation drive in Dubuque IA, but we deliver to the South West Wisconsin and the North West Illinois area.

All candidates must be 21 years of age, pass both a background check (no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 10 years), and drug screen, in order to be qualified as a driver. You must also have a recently clean driving record, and a pass a DOT drug screen. We will provide and schedule the drug screening. Prior driving experience is preferred, but it is not required.

You must have the physical ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload packages that are 50 pounds. You must be able to safely enter and exit the cargo van over 100 times throughout your shift.

The average day in this position will have you organizing and loading the packages onto your truck to be delivered. Once sort is completed and your truck is loaded, your route will be planned out by one of the managers. You will utilize the GPS to complete all of the stops assigned to your route. Once the last stop has been completed you will make your way back to the depot to complete end of the day routines. On average our routes are completed by anywhere from 3-6pm depending on your route size, number of stops, number of packages, and a few additional factors.

Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
