Position Summary

- Perform visual inspection of facility on daily basis.
- Assign tasks to Warehouse and Freezer Workers daily.
- Record and maintain necessary records to be SQF and AIB compliant.
- Troubleshoots problems that arise in the receiving process from Production to Distribution as well as Vendor to Distribution.
- Give instructions daily.
- Follows attendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures. Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meal and other breaks.
- Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.
- Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.
- Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.
- Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks.
- Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.
- Works within a team environment to meet/exceed established production standards.
- As need dictates, both assigned shift, work location, and work schedule may be changed by management with or without prior notice.
- May have to work weekends and holidays.
- May have to work over 40 hours per week.
- Minimum 3 years work history in Warehouse and Distribution preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge in industry
- Ability to supervise, counsel, and train team members
- Extreme attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Must be computer literate and versed in WMS/Information system pertaining to Warehouse
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
