****$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS****
1st $1,000.00: after 30 days of employment
2nd $1,000.00: after 6 months of employment
Essential Duties:
- Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming.
- Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration
- Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
- Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
- Must be available to travel if needed
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Location: 751 Aurora Blv., Aurora, IL
Pay Rate: $30.00

Experience and Skills:
Education and/or Experience: At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required
