Position Summary
We're hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a dual-function Senior Clinician and Program Manager position. This hybrid leadership opportunity merges hands-on therapeutic services with clinical supervision and operational management. Core Duties
Clinical Services:
- Deliver individual and family counseling, comprehensive case management, and care coordination
- Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (ISPs)
- Support clients in building essential life competencies: daily functioning skills, symptom self-management, financial literacy, and employment readiness
- Lead one weekly therapeutic or educational group session
Leadership & Operations:
- Provide clinical supervision to 2–5 professional staff, practicum students, or support personnel
- Manage evening programming two nights weekly (11 AM–7 PM shift)
- Partner with external treatment providers and community agencies to maintain integrated care continuity
- Engage in strategic program development, quality enhancement projects, and workforce capacity building
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from accredited institution
- Current LICSW licensure in Massachusetts (non-negotiable)
- 3 years of direct practice experience serving adults in behavioral health or community mental health environments
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, interpersonal effectiveness, and project management skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Work Arrangement & Hours
Hybrid Model: 3 on-site days 2 remote days per week
In-Person Schedule:
- Two evenings: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (program supervision)
- Fridays: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or customizable timing
Remote Work: Allocated for clinical supervision meetings, documentation completion, and teletherapy appointments
Total Compensation Package
Base Salary: $85,000–$92,000 (commensurate with experience)
Time Off:
- 10 paid vacation days
- 10 designated holidays
- 5 sick days annually
- 2 personal days
Professional Development:
- $500 yearly stipend for continuing education, conferences, or credentialing
