Compensation
- $85,000 – $93,000/year DOE

What You’ll Do
- Supervise a team of ~3 clinicians and case managers
- Oversee treatment plans, documentation, and clinical quality
- Provide guidance on complex cases and client needs
- Facilitate groups and maintain a small caseload
- Coordinate referrals and external care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Promote a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- On-site
- Flexible daily hours
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
Licensure (required):
- LICSW, LMHC, LADC/LDAC, LCSW, or similar
Experience:
- 5 years in substance use / co-occurring disorders
- 3–5 years of clinical supervisory experience
