We’re expanding our Real Estate Division and looking for a Real Estate Attorney who combines precision, professionalism, and passion for delivering excellence in every closing.

About the Role
As part of our real estate and title team, you will handle all legal aspects of closings, from document preparation to coordination and compliance. You’ll work closely with clients, title processors, underwriters, and our corporate team to ensure a seamless and sophisticated experience in every transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate closing documents, settlement statements, and title commitments.
- Conduct and analyze title and lien searches, ensuring clear title transfers.
- Collaborate with title processors, underwriters, and clients to resolve any title or transaction issues.
- Oversee closings from beginning to end, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Advise clients on entity structures and legal aspects of real estate investments.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication throughout each stage of the process.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active membership with the Florida Bar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law, ideally with title company exposure.
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing procedures.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple closings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required.

Pay: $71,663.48 - $86,304.41 per year
