Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operations Manager to oversee and manage all assembly operations within our automation and robotics projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that assembly lines are efficient, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on process optimization, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the assembly operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality control, to optimize assembly processes.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to assembly operations, including productivity, cycle times, and costs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all assembly operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly operations, preferably within the automotive or automation industry.
- Proven track record in managing teams and optimizing assembly processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
