About the Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will sell direct to consumer and support our collaboration with local utility companies. As you develop, your role will expand into recruiting, training, and leading a sales team.

Responsibilities
Initial Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales through self-generated leads, networking, events, referrals, and other effective marketing efforts.
- Build and grow a geographic territory through consultations, presenting solutions, and closing new business.
- Execute local sales strategies including field work, events, and referral initiatives.
- Maintain a performance-focused schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed to hit targets.
Advanced Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives on a consistent weekly basis.
- Train, mentor, and coach reps through ride-alongs, 1:1s, and structured team meetings.
- Set clear activity and performance standards and hold the team accountable.
- Track and report individual and team KPIs to leadership and use data to improve production.
- Build a fast-paced, results-oriented culture that recognizes and rewards top performers.

Previous success in sales, customer service, sports, military, or another highly competitive environment is preferred. Leadership or team-captain experience is a strong plus.
Compensation
This opportunity is structured for people who want their income to reflect both personal production and leadership impact.
- Sales Scheduler: Hourly and/or salary-based entry or ramp role.
- Advanced Role – Sales Specialist / Consultant: Commission-based; at-plan Sales Specialist / Consultants typically earn a minimum of $140,000 annually.
- Team Leaders and Management roles: Commission-based and tied to team performance; at-plan earnings typically start at $280,000 annually.
- Top performers are currently exceeding $500,000 annually.
- All roles participate in equity and additional performance-based bonuses tied directly to production and consistently Leading From The Front.
