Key Responsibilities:
· Enter all new business into database
· Create client profiles and user access codes
· Facilitate the secure import, export, and validation of data from clients
· Ensure accurate account placements and updates
· Monitor automated data transfers and resolve failed jobs or delays
· Collaborate with management to implement new tools, upgrades, or procedures
· Assist with identifying inefficiencies in system workflows
· Generate performance and compliance reports from system data
· Assist with client reporting and custom dashboards
· Perform manual data analytic reviews
· Ability to multitask
· Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making with minimal direction.
· Take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to team and company growth.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Experience:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- High attention to detail and data entry
- Minimum HS Diploma required
- Reporting and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolution experience

Job Type: Full Time Position – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Pay: $25/hr
