You will
- Author and optimize CNC programs for a wide range of machining operations.
- Translate drawings, 2D/3D models, and specifications into exact machining plans.
- Perform machine setups and calibrations prior to production.
- Track machining performance and make data-driven adjustments for quality and speed.
- Diagnose and resolve programming or machining issues as they emerge.
- Collaborate across engineering and production to reduce waste and improve processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation for programs, setups, and production changes.
- Continuously learn and apply new CNC technologies and methods.
You have
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer or equivalent role.
- Command of CAD/CAM tools and CNC programming (including G-code).
- Deep understanding of machining strategy, tooling, and workholding.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a CNC-related certification or technical degree is advantageous.
