THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ELECTRICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Do you meet the following qualifications?
- Active Connecticut E-2 journeyman license
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel throughout central Connecticut and Greater New Haven County as assigned
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
While not required, we would prefer that our Residential Service Electrician bring some electrical service, upgrade, panel change, or generator/EV charger installation experience. Familiarity with HVAC and heat pump electrical systems would be a bonus! Experienced commercial candidates are encouraged to apply!
Can you handle these responsibilities?
This is a Level 2/3 role where you'll perform impressive hands-on work and potentially take on leadership duties in the future. Armed with a solution-driven mindset and a "can-do" attitude, you'll travel to assigned homes to evaluate customers' systems, troubleshoot problems, and complete the appropriate repairs, installations, or maintenance services. You'll professionally communicate with customers and complete first-rate panel changes, service upgrades, generator/EV charger installations, maintain HVAC and heat pump equipment, and more. Once you've reached Level 3, you'll help lead the crew on larger jobs and assist with escalated calls.
