Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and researching target markets
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities
- Help create sales collateral and presentations for client meetings
- Support CRM maintenance by entering and updating customer data and tracking activity
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and potentially shadow senior reps
- Perform cold outreach and follow up with prospects
- Coordinate or assist with events, webinars, or trade shows
- Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversions and campaign results
- Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate of) a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or eager to learn
- Proactive, organized, with strong attention to detail
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles feedback positively
- Adaptable, resilient to rejection, and eager to learn about sales strategies
- Familiarity with social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or event coordination
- Multilingual or foreign language proficiency
- Hands‑on experience with full-cycle sales processes
- Mentorship from seasoned sales professionals
- Real‑world exposure to CRM systems, analytics, and strategy development
- Networking opportunities and a potential path to a full‑time role post‑graduation
