About The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Marketing Intern to support our brand activation and field marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll be part of the team that brings brands to life at festivals, trade shows, retail activations, and community events.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown for promotional campaigns, pop-ups, and activations
- Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm at every event
- Learn and deliver engaging product or service pitches to potential customers
- Approach attendees proactively to spark interest and start conversations
- Support on-site product demonstrations and sampling
- Help drive real-time sales, sign-ups, or lead capture
- Track and report on engagement, leads, and event outcomes
- Maintain professional display areas that align with brand standards
- Assist marketing managers with inventory management and event logistics
- Occasionally help create real-time social media content during activations
- Current senior or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred)
- Outgoing communicator who enjoys connecting with new people
- Interest in event marketing, sales, or promotions
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
- Hands-on experience in live brand activation and promotional marketing
