Marketing Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with campaigns, brand initiatives, events, and customer engagement activities.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with team members across multiple areas of marketing, helping coordinate campaigns, maintain marketing materials, support promotional activities, and ensure consistent brand messaging. This position is well suited for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Support community events, brand activations, and other in-person marketing efforts
• Coordinate marketing materials, displays, signage, and promotional resources
• Represent the brand professionally during events and customer-facing activities
• Communicate product, service, and campaign information to customers
• Assist with local promotions and marketing outreach
• Support the creation and organization of marketing content and campaign materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives remain on schedule
• Track campaign activity, customer engagement, and event results
• Collect and organize customer feedback and market insights
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing activities
• Contribute ideas for future campaigns, promotions, and engagement strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional and comfortable interacting with customers and clients
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Interest or experience in marketing, communications, branding, events, or customer engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, or events is a plus
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and campaigns
• Ability to lift and move marketing or event materials up to 25 lbs.
