Events Specialist

Position Overview

Location: Mesa, AZ

We are seeking an Events Specialist to join our team. The Events Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that support business objectives and create exceptional experiences for attendees. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about event planning and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from initial concept through completion
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, scheduling, vendor management, and event setup
• Develop and maintain event timelines, project plans, and task schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
• Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and event reporting
• Support attendee registration, communication, and event logistics
• Oversee on-site event operations and provide support during event execution
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges quickly and professionally
• Ensure all event materials, equipment, and supplies are prepared and available
• Assist with post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and event documentation
• Support additional administrative and operational duties as needed
