Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
- Represent client products and services at events, engaging directly with customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and service offerings
- Drive customer acquisition and support event-based sales efforts
- Set up and break down event materials, displays, and branded equipment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth event operations
- Track event performance, customer interactions, and key metrics
- Provide feedback on customer trends and event effectiveness
- Maintain a positive brand image at all times during customer interactions
- In-person, face-to-face role at events, retail locations, and community pop-ups
- Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- No door-to-door or cold calling required
- Flexible scheduling may include evenings and weekends based on event needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face setting
