We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our charity partners, connecting with community members at retail storefronts, pop-up locations, and high-traffic public areas. Your goal is to inspire interest, build trust, and encourage donations that directly support meaningful causes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with shoppers, families, and local residents at designated retail and community locations
• Share information about our partnered charities, highlighting their impact and mission
• Encourage one-time and recurring donations through clear and respectful communication
• Create a positive and approachable presence at each location
• Manage outreach materials such as brochures, signage, and campaign displays
• Maintain accurate records of donor information and daily activity
• Support team goals and contribute to an energetic, collaborative environment
