The Role

We’re searching for passionate, high-energy Activations Associate who thrive on being in the middle of the action. This is not a behind-the-scenes job—you’ll be front and center, engaging with attendees, telling brand stories, and creating experiences that make people stop, listen, and take action.

As the face of our clients at live events, you’ll blend customer service, product education, and real-time sales. One moment you might be setting up a vibrant activation booth, the next you’re demoing a product to an eager crowd, and by the end of the day, you’ve built connections that drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Represent brands with enthusiasm and professionalism at high-traffic events, retail activations, and pop-up locations.
• Approach attendees, spark conversations, and deliver polished product pitches tailored to each person.
• Conduct live demos that highlight key features, benefits, and value.
• Convert interest into action—sign-ups, sales, or service activations—right on the spot.
• Build positive, memorable customer experiences that make people excited about the brand.
• Assist with event logistics, including booth set-up, signage, inventory, and break-down.
• Capture lead and sales data accurately to help measure event success.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep energy high and maximize engagement throughout the event.
