About Us
Fez Coffee and Matcha Minka are specialty mobile beverage experiences serving handcrafted coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha at private and corporate events across the Bay Area. What began as a husband-and-wife coffee cart has grown into a fast-paced event business with multiple carts and events happening throughout the week.
We are looking for a creative and reliable Content Creator to join our team and capture high-quality content at our events.
Role Overview
This is a flexible, event-based role. The Content Creator will attend scheduled events with our team to capture photo and video content that highlights the experience, drinks, atmosphere, and overall brand aesthetic.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through social media, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled events and capture photo and video content
- Film short-form video and capture high-quality photos
- Edit and deliver content with a quick turnaround
- Maintain brand consistency across content
- Upload and organize all content into our Google Drive
- Label and structure files so they are easy to locate
- Help recycle and repurpose existing content when appropriate
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, drinks being made, and guest interactions
- Understands how to use Canva
- Knows how to apply our brand package with our typography, color pallete,etc
- knows how to create infographics
- Communicate with the team about content needs for upcoming events
Requirements
- Must own and know how to use a professional camera
- Experience creating content for Instagram or TikTok
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video
- Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition
- Organized and detail oriented
- Reliable and punctual for scheduled events
- Able to travel to event locations around the Bay Area
- Comfortable working in busy event environments
Schedule
This is a flexible, event-based position. Events typically last 1–2 hours and are scheduled throughout the week.
Content creators are able to pick up events based on their availability.
Additional Details
- Travel stipends may be provided for events outside the immediate area
- Parking fees will be covered when applicable
- Trial shifts may be scheduled to ensure the workflow is a good fit for both sides
