This is a remoteposition.
We are seeking a passionateSports Coordinator to join our dynamic team facilitatingsportsrelated activities and assisting clients in attending varioussports events.
This role is commissionbased and operates on anindependent contractor basis. Candidates must be at least 18 yearsold authorized to work in the USA Australia Mexico or Colombia havereliable WiFi access and possess a smartphone or computer.
KeyResponsibilities :
SportsEvent Booking :
Understand clients sports eventpreferences andrequirements.
Research and book tickets forvarious sports events including games matches andtournaments.
VendorCommunication :
Establish and maintain directcontact with ticket vendors and sports eventorganizers.
Negotiate ticket prices groupdiscounts and special packages on behalf ofclients.
ClientRelations :
Provide excellent customer serviceby promptly responding to client inquiries and addressingconcerns.
Keep clients informed about eventdetails ticket availability and anychanges.
AdministrativeTasks :
Maintain accurate records of clientbookings payments andpreferences.
Assist in preparing invoices andreceipts for clients.
Training andDevelopment :
Participate in training sessions tobecome knowledgeable about various sports events and ticketingprocesses.
Stay updated on sports eventschedules venues and seatingarrangements.
EmailCommunication :
Use email as the primary mode ofcommunication with clients vendors and teammembers.
Send event confirmations itinerariesand updates toclients.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 yearsold.
Authorized to work in the USAAustralia Mexico orColombia.
Access to reliableWiFi.
Possession of a smartphone orcomputer for communication and administrativetasks.
No prior experience required;training will beprovided.
Strong communication and customerservice skills.
Attention to detail andorganizationalabilities.
Passion for sports and anunderstanding of various sportsevents.
