Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter Apprentice to join our dynamic construction team. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced carpenters to learn essential techniques, safety practices, and industry standards. Duties
- Assist senior carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other building materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking.
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution.
- Support framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, door hanging, siding, and flooring installation tasks on various job sites.
- Participate in heavy lifting, rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and mold remediation activities as directed.
- Operate woodworking machines safely to produce precise components for framing and finishing projects.
- Follow all safety protocols related to power tool safety, construction site safety, and proper handling of wood construction materials.
- Assist with restoration industry projects including demolition cleanup, remodeling tasks, fixture installation, metal stud framing, and general handyman duties.
