What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Account Executive position at Feury Image Group?
Launch Your Marketing Career With a Company That Builds Everything In-House
Feury Image Group is a full-service marketing and branded apparel & merchandise company — we don't just sell products, we design and produce them ourselves. That means you'll be selling solutions you can actually stand behind, backed by an in-house creative and production team, not outsourced vendors.
We're looking for a Marketing Account Executive ready to build real client relationships, sharpen their strategic thinking, and grow into a career — not just a job. If you're a recent grad with a marketing degree who wants to learn the business side of branding (sales, strategy, and client management) while working alongside people who actually make the product, this is a great place to start.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Build and grow client relationships in existing accounts, helping companies use branding and promotional products to strengthen their image
- Dig into what a client actually needs and pitch strategic solutions — not just products off a shelf
- Hunt for new business opportunities and develop your own outreach strategy
- Help shape marketing plans that directly move the sales needle
- Learning the industry working closely with existing customers and delivering onsite service & solutions
Why You'll Want to Stay
- Competitive salary uncapped commission — your growth translates directly to your paycheck
- Career advancement path — this role is a launchpad, not a ceiling
- 401(k) with company match consideration
- Medical & dental coverage
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Hands-on mentorship from experienced sales and marketing leadership
- Real ownership — you'll manage your own accounts and see the direct impact of your work
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- A self-starter mentality — you're motivated by goals, not micromanagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine curiosity about branding, strategy, and client needs (previous sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required)
- A valid driver's license
- Comfortable balancing desk work with local travel to client sites
- Interactive customer experience
- Willing to travel to customer locations throughout CT and from time to time the northeast region.
