Must Have
- 5 years of Cisco Unified Communications engineering experience
- Experience migrating Cisco UC/CUCM environments to Webex Calling
- Strong experience with Cisco Webex Calling
- Experience leading enterprise UC projects from design through implementation
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Cisco collaboration technologies
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to serve as the technical lead and mentor junior engineers
- Exposure to Cisco AI Assistant, AI Agent, AI-powered call flows, or other Cisco AI solutions
- Interest and willingness to become the organization's Cisco AI subject matter expert
- CCNP/CCIE Collaboration
- CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway
- SIP trunking
- Microsoft Teams voice integration
- Automation (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
