What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment position at Feufo?
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate who's tech-savvy, eager to grow, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage and track inventory levels and order processing
Use software tools to generate shipping labels, update orders, and manage workflow
Coordinate pack & ship operations, ensuring accuracy and speed
Respond to customer inquiries using ticketing software
Maintain accurate records and analyze inventory reports
Handle processing, device programming, and system updates
Work with Excel and other tools to manage logistics data
Sit at your own desk with a laptop and process incoming/outgoing items
Who You Are:
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working with multiple software platforms
Strong with Excel and data entry
Prior team lead experience is a plus
Not necessarily from a traditional warehouse background
