Fettig Jobs is a well-known and respected family-owned staffing agency serving West Michigan with four locations. We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiting Branch Lead. Ideal candidates are driven to meet customer and associate needs, team oriented, and fun to be around.
As the Recruiting Branch Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified applicants primarily for the manufacturing industry, as well as maintaining positive relationships with clients to support their staffing needs. This individual will also be responsible for identifying sales leads and selling staffing services to businesses in the area.
Candidates with management backgrounds in Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Education, Retail, and Restaurant work could be a great fit for this role!
Salary dependent on experience, plus uncapped commission and bonus. Earning potential between $70k - $100k per year.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilize job boards, postings, and referral sources to identify candidates for open positions.
- Recruit applicants by making phone calls, scheduling and conducting interviews, and promoting job opportunities to qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that associate and client information is kept up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer service for both associates and clients.
- Help Staffing Partners define and achieve their weekly, monthly, and annual objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight to Staffing Partners on account management.
- Maintain business relationships with customers, confirming we are exceeding expectations.
- Analyze quality, order delivery timeline, turnover and other key metrics.
- Strategically collaborate with accounts on providing helpful solutions to their hiring needs.
- Sell staffing services to prospects within the area.
