At Fetch n’ Catch, we believe happy dogs start with a great team. We’re looking for dependable, energetic, and caring people to join us as Canine Coaches in our dog daycare and boarding facility.

As a Canine Coach, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and enriching experience for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. You’ll supervise playgroups, learn about canine behavior, lead enrichment activities, and make sure every dog in our care feels comfortable, engaged, and safe.

No professional dog experience is required! We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching. We’re more interested in your attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn than your previous experience.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise dog playgroups and promote safe, positive interactions.
• Learn to recognize canine body language and behavior.
• Keep dogs active and engaged through play and enrichment activities.
• Provide attentive care for dogs with a variety of personalities and needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe play areas and facility spaces.
• Communicate and collaborate with teammates to provide outstanding care.
• Follow established safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
• Participate in hands-on training and continue developing your dog care skills.

What Makes a Great Canine Coach?

You don’t need to be a professional dog trainer to succeed here. You do need to bring the right mindset!

• Can safely lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Can work weekends and some holidays as part of a team schedule.

This is an active, hands-on position. You’ll spend much of your shift on your feet, moving between play areas, cleaning, supervising dogs, and helping maintain a safe environment.
