Position Overview
Fetch-A-Tech is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our team of HVAC and Plumbing Comfort Advisors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential HVAC and Plumbing Sales, a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams, and a proven ability to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and holding the sales team accountable to performance goals while partnering with operations to ensure continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Works in a combination of professional office and field environments, including sitting, standing, walking, and navigating job sites with uneven surfaces. Uses computers, phones, standard office equipment, and will operate vehicles, hand tools, or power tools as needed. May occasionally climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to see, hear, and communicate effectively with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and team members in person, by phone, and through written communication. May be exposed to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the residential sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in HVAC and Plumbing services and products. Review and revise sales plans annually.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Develop and define programs for field sales team.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, marketing, field operations and service teams to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Residential HVAC Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in management.
- 5 years of experience training and coaching sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems, products, and industry standards.
- A current and valid driver's license is required. Relevant HVAC certifications; EPA Universal 608
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
