Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates and offer recommendations to customers.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC systems and plan work procedures.
- Document services performed and recommendations made using company forms and records.
- Ensure all tasks are completed according to company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage truck inventory and ensure all necessary tools are available for each job.
- Participate in ongoing training and development meetings.
- Experience: 2 years as an HVAC Technician; residential sales and service experience preferred.
- Customer Relations: Excellent at setting job expectations with customers; friendly and approachable.
- Technical Skills: Basic math skills required, with strong analytical focus and results-oriented mindset.
- Other: EPA Universal preferred, EPA Type 2 required. NATE certification is a plus but not required.
