Key Responsibilities
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup
- Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials
- Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization
- Follow safety protocols and company installation standards
- Strong physical ability (lift up to 100 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces)
- Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops
- Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools
- Excellent communication and time management
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
