About the Role
We’re hiring an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent Festive Lighting Pros at community events, job sites, HOA visits, networking meetups, and more.
You'll become a friendly face for our Raleigh Northwest location - engaging with potential customers, showcasing our services, and generating excitement around our lighting solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and making a strong impression.
Compensation
- $20 -$25 per hour
- PLUS commission for every lead that converts into a sale
Schedule
- This is a role that focuses ONLY on in-person events and networking functions. The schedule will vary based on event frequency and timing.
- Occasional evenings and weekends for events, especially during peak holiday seasons
What You’ll Do
- Represent Festive Lighting Pros at local events and public engagements
- Engage with homeowners, HOAs, and local businesses in a friendly, professional manner
- Distribute promotional materials and create interest in our services
- Set up and break down event displays and booths
- Educate potential customers about our lighting services in a natural, engaging way
- Collect leads, assist with scheduling estimates, and coordinate with the sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and attitude
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly
- Able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in events, retail, or sales is a plus
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in brand ambassadorship, promotional work, or events
- Ability to lift and transport light display materials
- Strong enthusiasm for seasonal events and community engagement
- Comfortable representing a fun, high-energy brand
