Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pipelayer role located in Conover, NC. The Pipelayer will be responsible for performing manual labor, including excavation and installation of pipes, and will work closely with team members to ensure the successful completion of projects. The role involves operating and assisting with heavy equipment, maintaining clear communication with team members, and adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Manual Labor and Excavation tasks
- Proficiency in working with Pipe installation and site utilities
- Experience operating and assisting with Heavy Equipment
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting and working in varied outdoor conditions
- Experience in construction or civil infrastructure is a plus
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols
