Dental Assistant (RDA or EFDA)- Comprehensive Care Practice
Fesmire Dental – Madison, TN
We are looking for a high-level Dental Assistant (RDA or EFDA preferred) who wants to be part of a modern, growth-oriented practice focused on comprehensive and advanced dentistry—not just routine work.

Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for general and advanced procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
- Take digital scans, X-rays, and photos
- Assist with implant and surgical cases (training provided if needed)
- Maintain sterilization and organization standards
- Support patient flow and ensure a high-quality experience
- Communicate clearly with doctor and team to keep schedule running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- RDA or EFDA (or strong experience as a dental assistant)

Bonus (Not Required but Valuable)
- Experience with implants or surgical assisting
- Experience with digital scanning (iTero, etc.)
- EFDA certification (expanded duties)
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
