Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and organizing tools and supplies
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing used dishes, glassware, and trash to keep the venue tidy and inviting
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, stock movement, and equipment setup safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and bar safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Knowledge of bar operations, Toast POS systems, and cash handling is a plus
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory counts
- Experience with food preparation or catering services is advantageous
- Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness, safety standards, and customer service excellence
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
