Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors as they enter the showroom
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with courtesy and efficiency
- Respond to basic inquiries and connect guests with the appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with data entry and other light administrative tasks
- Support dealership staff with various office duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first impression
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist, hospitality, or customer service role
- Professional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a professional, client-first demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred

Schedule
- Full-time
- 3pm - 8pm Monday thru Friday; 8am - 8pm Saturdays
