We are seeking a passionate Board- Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our growing, multi-physician practice in our Thousand Oaks location. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care, helping individuals and families navigate their fertility journeys, and assisting patients in achieving their dreams of building a family.

Qualifications

• American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology with Certifications in OB/GYN & Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Strong knowledge of the latest fertility treatment options and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: Total annual compensation range from $500k to $1M, which includes base salary, signing bonus, annual incentive bonus, and potential equity/partnership opportunity.
