What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nurse Midwife position at Fertility and Midwifery Care Center?
We are looking for certified nurse midwives to join our collaborative, integrated women’s health practice at Fertility and Midwifery Care Center and Holy Family Birth Center in Fort Wayne, IN.
At Fertility and Midwifery Care Center (FMCC), we've built an integrated care model where CNMs work side by side with physicians and other providers as equal partners in patient care. Our team co-manages patients together, with shared decision-making driven by evidence-based and ethical policies and protocols.

As a CNM on our team, you'll provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in our offices and assist at deliveries in a traditional hospital setting as well as in our partner free-standing birth center, Holy Family Birth Center.

- Current Certified Nurse Midwife certification
