NOTE: You will likely support BOTH campuses (Frisco and Southlake) at some point each week, but not in the same day. Expectation is that most staff will work 2 days at each campus minimum.

We have two exciting opportunities available:

1️⃣ InterlacED Teacher (K–12, Hybrid)

• Type: School-year, hourly W-2
• Hours: Full-time equivalent, paid for instructional and planning/tutoring hours
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and PTO

What you’ll do:

• Deliver instruction across multiple grades and subjects (ELA, Math, Science, History, electives)
• Lead hybrid lessons both in-person and online
• Support student interventions, enrichment, and career/entrepreneurship experiences
• Collaborate with teachers, mentors, and leadership to design innovative learning experiences
• Be part of all campuses during the 26–27 school year, helping where needed

This role is perfect for educators who love teaching, making lessons come alive, and thriving in a startup-style, collaborative school environment.

2️⃣ InterlacED Learning Mentor (K–8, Part-Time, Hybrid)

• Type: Part-time, hourly
• Hours: 6–20 hours/week (average ~15)
• Pay: $15–$23/hour depending on experience, PTO accrual included

What you’ll do:

• Support teachers in all classroom activities and administrative tasks
• Mentor/tutor individual students or small groups
• Assist with grading, lesson prep, and classroom setup
• Support the school in any area needed—mentoring, admin projects, enrichment, or student activities
• Work across campuses during the 26–27 school year

This role is ideal for retired teachers, part-time educators, or professionals who want to make an impact without a full-time commitment.
