Responsibilities
• Prepare and assemble lobster rolls and menu items to spec
• Handle lobster meat, seafood prep, and portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of a compact kitchen space
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage prep lists and restock during service
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
• Support opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
• 1 year line cook experience preferred (seafood experience a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-footprint kitchen
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
