Responsibilities
- Receives audits and maintains the documentation packet from Emergency Response Coordinators which outlines accidents that have damaged highway property. It contains:
- Incident/Accident Report
- Police Report
- Pictures, if applicable
- Monitors/responds to ongoing questions or requests for additional information.
- Documents actions by accessing and entering data into Excel Access database.
- Assists in providing monthly reports for Project Administrators.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
- Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.
- Safety comes first! Required to complete work in a safe, efficient and accurate manner.
- Other duties (not listed) may be assigned to this job at any time.
- High School or GED Required, 2 Years college preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience, Insurance industry experience preferred
- Demonstrates innovation and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work and manage multiple projects
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite Software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff across all functional areas of the business
