Role Purpose:
Lead the comprehensive execution from the bidding phase to delivery of a major highway project in North Carolina. The role will ensure compliance with technical, financial, contractual, and sustainability objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, execution, and closure of the construction project from bidding to final delivery.
- Lead project budget, schedule, execution and risk management.
- Stakeholders’ management: relationships with local authorities, clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Lead operational, design, procurement, project controls, finance, human resources, and the rest of the teams in multicultural environments.
- Oversee compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Promote innovation, digitalization, and sustainability in project execution.
- Education: Civil Engineering or equivalent. MBA or project management training is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in major infrastructure construction at executive project management level.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Key Competencies: Leadership, strategic vision, resilience, multicultural team management, results orientation, negotiation skills.
