Role Description The Plant Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bridgeport, AL, responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations and performance. This position leads production planning, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance activities, and quality assurance to ensure efficient and reliable output. The Plant Director manages and develops plant leadership and frontline teams, sets clear performance goals, and drives continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, cost control, and equipment reliability. The role includes monitoring operational metrics, optimizing resource utilization, and coordinating with supply chain, engineering, and corporate functions to meet customer demand. The Plant Director also prepares operational reports, supports capital projects, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
