Key Responsibilities Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that drive operational efficiency, cost performance, and growth Lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and a strong safety culture Optimize production capacity, delivery performance, and overall plant productivity through data-driven decisions Implement continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies to enhance processes and performance Build and develop high-performing teams through talent development, engagement, and succession planning Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles within a plant environment or equivalent experience Proven ability to lead operations, drive productivity improvements, and manage cost performance Knowledge of manufacturing systems, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Experience managing operational metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications Degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline Experience in complex or process-driven manufacturing environments Certification or experience in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies Experience with ERP systems and quality management frameworks Vibrantz is committed to protecting your privacy.
