Duties

• Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and prompt assistance.
• Utilize office management software such as Service Titan & Google Drive.
• Maintain organized filing systems and update spreadsheets to track client interactions, appointments, and service requests.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling clerical duties like filing and document preparation.
• Manage office supplies inventory and assist with general office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards while supporting clients’ needs efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service roles within an office environment or front desk setting.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and productivity software.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone communication skills.
• Previous clerical or administrative experience including calendar management, filing, proofreading, and document processing.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
