- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Experience with player development and sports psychology
- Familiarity with video analysis software
- Ability to manage social media or team communication platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
