We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the night shift operations. In this role, you will lead a team of six warehouse employees, ensuring efficient material management and supply to support production schedules and guarantee timely shipment of intermediate and finished products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff during the night shift
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials
- Monitor workflows to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines
- Enforce and promote company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Uphold food safety and health & safety standards across all warehouse operations
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve processes
The ideal candidate will have...
- High School Diploma or equalivent
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping procedures
- Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work full-time night shifts
