Schedule: On-site, Mon- Fri, Daytime hours. Occasional off-shift support may be needed.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Production Teams:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff during assigned shifts.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Production Oversight:
- Ensure daily production schedules are met while maintaining optimal quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and make real-time adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
- Quality and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and company policies.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of production areas to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze production performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training to new hires and ongoing support to existing staff to ensure competency in operational procedures.
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of personal and professional development.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work in conjunction with other departments (e.g., quality assurance, maintenance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present shift reports to upper management regarding production outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Autonomous maintenance/ Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt- highly preferred
- A minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience in food production management or a closely related field.
- Profound understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the skill to effectively manage and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with production management software.
