About The Role
We’re seeking a highly analytical, driven, and detail-oriented FP&A Senior Analyst to support our growing Northeast region. In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide data-driven decision-making across multiple partner firms. You will act as a business partner to regional and firm-level leadership—delivering insights that shape investment priorities, resource allocation, and operational strategy.

This role will report to the Manager, FP&A Business Partnering with dotted line responsibilities to the Northeast Regional team consisting of Regional Vice President, Regional Controller, Regional Growth Director, and Regional HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models for the Northeast region.
- Build dynamic financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Partner with firm leaders to translate strategic and operational objectives into financial plans and KPIs.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, summarizing key trends, variances, and actionable insights.
- Track and analyze revenue, margins, utilization, and client profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide proactive insights on financial and operational performance, including early warning indicators and growth levers.
- Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and firm-level leadership, translating financial data into operational recommendations.
- Support M&A integration efforts with post-acquisition financial modeling, performance tracking, and synergy realization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Operations, Talent, and Strategy) to align business priorities with financial outcomes.
- Process Improvement & Systems Enablement
- Enhance FP&A processes through automation, analytics, and standardization of financial reporting.
- Leverage BI capabilities to enable self-service dashboards and real-time performance visibility.
- Support implementation and optimization of firm management systems, financial systems, and data infrastructure to provide data insights.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Promote a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Participate as a key member of the corporate FP&A team to ensure consistency in metrics, planning cycles, and reporting standards. Represent the Northeast region as a voice of the customer.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting, ideally in professional services or multi-entity environments.
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting for multi-location or matrixed businesses.
- M&A experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite, Planful, Domo, and accounting firm management systems are plusses.
- Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities required.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful, Workday Adaptive, SAP, Anaplan) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo).
- Strong grasp of GAAP, financial statements, and operational metrics relevant to services businesses.
- Soft Skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $105,000 - $118,000
