  • Provide proactive insights on financial and operational performance, including early warning indicators and growth levers.

  • Business Partnering
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and firm-level leadership, translating financial data into operational recommendations.
  • Support M&A integration efforts with post-acquisition financial modeling, performance tracking, and synergy realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Operations, Talent, and Strategy) to align business priorities with financial outcomes.

  • Process Improvement & Systems Enablement
  • Enhance FP&A processes through automation, analytics, and standardization of financial reporting.
  • Leverage BI capabilities to enable self-service dashboards and real-time performance visibility.
  • Support implementation and optimization of firm management systems, financial systems, and data infrastructure to provide data insights.

  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Promote a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate as a key member of the corporate FP&A team to ensure consistency in metrics, planning cycles, and reporting standards. Represent the Northeast region as a voice of the customer.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting, ideally in professional services or multi-entity environments.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting for multi-location or matrixed businesses.

  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Planful, Workday Adaptive, SAP, Anaplan) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo).
  • Strong grasp of GAAP, financial statements, and operational metrics relevant to services businesses.

  • Soft Skills
